Summary

According to Edquist and Grierson (2008, p. 152) Building 70 underwent a major rebuild designed by architecture firm Reed Mussen Styant-Brown. It was officially opened as the Sydney Manefield Building on 21 May 1991 (Openline, 6 June 1991, pp. 4-5).
